Nina Hamilton Totland founded Hamilton Design in 2019 after working in Interior design for 12 years. She has always found inspiration in classic design with a strong presence of a modern edge. Nina grew up in a small ski town in New England and spent her summers in New York`s Hamptons. Nina has gathered a lifetime of international reference points that she likes to incorporate in her design process, and she sees this, her attention to precise detail and honest clear communication with clients as important strengths in her design process. At Hamilton Design, Nina`s main focus is to create exceptional interiors that enhance the lives of her trusting clients.

Nina has a Bachelor of Science and minor in Art History from the University of Vermont. She continues studying Interior design independently in London. Today Nina resides in Bergen Norway together with her husband, 3 boys and their black Labrador Retriever.

Her vices include Instagram, anything made from silk and all things beautiful.

Birgitte Iversen

Birgitte wrote a very lovely note to Nina and literally started at Hamilton Design the very next week. Birgitte`s hard working and creative personality has already proven extremely valuable to both Hamilton Design and to their customers.

Birgitte acquired a Bachelor degree in Marketing with a minor in project management, before starting her studies in interior design. Birgitte loves to create a visual experience throughout the entire interior process from mood boards to finished result.

Unexpected tidbits about Birgitte is she is addicted to Pinterest, everything fashion and anything green in the interior space.
